Refund & Service Guarantee Policy

Piano Services (Tuning, Repair, Regulation, Restoration)

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and expertise.

  • If you experience an issue related to a recent tuning or service, please contact us within 1–3 weeks.

  • When the concern is related to the original service, we offer a one‑time courtesy waiver of the $130 minimum trip fee, provided the client is flexible with scheduling.

  • Issues unrelated to the original service (environmental changes, new mechanical problems, seasonal shifts, etc.) may require a standard service appointment.

Piano Sales

All piano sales are final. However, we want every buyer to feel confident and supported.

  • Each instrument is inspected, prepped, and regulated before delivery.

  • If you have concerns after purchase, reach out. We’re committed to helping you get the best performance from your piano.

  • For restored or rebuilt instruments, workmanship is guaranteed according to the scope of the restoration.

Restoration Projects

Restoration work is highly customized. Deposits and progress payments are non‑refundable once parts are ordered or work has begun. We maintain transparent communication throughout the process and ensure you approve major decisions before they proceed.
